What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing modality that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the concept of universal life energy, or "ki," which flows through all living beings. The energy healing practice incorporates the gentle laying of hands or directing energy from a distance, facilitating a state of relaxation and balance within the recipient.
As a practitioner, during a Reiki session I am a vessel to channel this life energy to support the client’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Many of my clients often report feelings of deep relaxation, stress reduction, and an overall sense of peace. Several of my clients have even reported reduction in migraine pain. Reiki is non-invasive and can be used alongside conventional medical treatments to enhance recovery and promote healing.
Recipients remain clothed during the session, making it accessible and comfortable.
